STEPHANIE HUGHES
With a background in professional dance and a lifelong passion for movement, Stephanie brings a grounded, creative energy to her barre and Pilates classes.
After completing a Master of Arts at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, she performed with companies including Moving Visions, The London Ballet Company and Box Five, and taught dance to people of all ages and abilities.

Stephanie later qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, working with a wide range of clients — from those with chronic health conditions to those simply looking to feel stronger and more connected.
Her experience also includes working as a Health and Well-being Coach for the NHS, supporting individuals in making positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

A firm believer in movement as medicine, Stephanie’s sessions blend strength, mobility and mindful focus — always with encouragement and a deep understanding of individual needs.
