KEELEY BEECH
Keeley began her career by studying aromatherapy whilst in full time employment in the insurance sector in London. In 2005 Keeley decided to pursue a career in complementary therapies, starting out with a shop and clinic in Leigh on Sea, Keeley continued to train in many other therapies including Reflexology, Indian Head massage, Myofascial Release and The Bowen Technique.

Keeley discovered yoga in 2012 and went on to complete a Yoga alliance 200hr qualification in Spain. Keeley has since trained on many courses and is fully qualified to teach children, teens, adults and people with special needs.
​
Keeley has completed Ashtanga training with David Swenson and continues to practice yoga, as well as traveling to India annually to develop her practice. Keeley also works in schools and day centres for special needs, as well as teaching adult classes and chair yoga in Basildon, Leigh-on-Sea and Southend-on-Sea.
