Yoga for Special Needs
This is a mat based class appropriate for children 12+ and adults with special needs including those with learning disabilities, autism and Asperger’s. Some of the benefits of yoga practice include; improved strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, calmness and peace of mind, improved respiratory ability and capacity, improved focus and concentration.

Tuesdays 5.15-6pm (Term Time Only)

Cost £36 per 6 week term.

Yoga Therapy for SEN
Sessions are also available one to one, tailored to the needs of the person and administered at a clinic in Leigh on Sea or at the clients place of residence. Keeley is a qualified practitioner for Yoga for the Special Child the Sonia Sumar Method. This involves the use of yoga as a therapy tool to help with focus, concentration, strength, flexibility and development.
Cost 30-40 min session £35.
Home visits are available at a small extra cost, concessions will be considered.

Chair Yoga for SEN
Chair based class appropriate for adults with special needs including those with learning disabilities, autism and Asperger’s. Private Group Yoga for SEN
Keeley is available for private classes which can be tailored to the needs of the group. These can be chair or floor based classes. Complementary therapies such as massage and reflexology are also available for sessions at venues such as supported living, day centres and schools. Keeley is DBS checked and fully insured.
