YOGA CLASSES

Yoga came into Hayley's life in 2014 and pretty much took over. She lives, eats and sleeps yoga!

Hayley started out as a primary school teacher but found the packed curriculum didn’t allow her to nurture the whole child as she would have liked so she decided to pursue her passion for yoga. 

Hayley trained with Cosmic kids, Rainbow Kids and the Special Yoga team plus many more shorter courses. 

Hayley teaches classes for children and teens and works within schools leading yoga sessions for all ages, bodies and needs.  As well as teaching children and teens Hayley teaches adult yoga classes.

Hayley completed her 200hour Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh and Ashtanga training with David Swenson.

Hayley practices some form of yoga daily, it’s literally her life and she never seem to stop learning and growing!​
