Online Yoga Classes 

Yoga4all offers online yoga classes for all ages and are suitable for all levels including beginners. Classes are a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, coordinating movement with breath. The class format includes Pranayama (breath control), Asana (yoga poses), relaxation and meditation.



Yoga for SEN

Mat based classes appropriate for children 12+ and adults with special needs including those with learning disabilities, autism and Asperger’s. Some of the benefits of yoga practice include; improved strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, calmness and piece of mind, improved respiratory ability and capacity, improved focus and concentration. Private bookings are also available for clubs, charities and schools.



The Yoga4Health on Prescription 10 week programme was created to support NHS patients to gain self care skills. It is an evidence based programme that was commissioned by the NHS and created by the Yoga in Health Care Alliance

It uses yoga techniques combined with modern medical science and does not promote any religious or spiritual belief.

Yoga for Adults

Yoga4all offers yoga classes in Basildon, Leigh-on-Sea, Hockley, Rayleigh and Southend-on-Sea. 
Classes are a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, coordinating movement with breath. The class format includes Pranayama (breath control), Asana (yoga poses), relaxation and meditation. Classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.


Yoga for Kids

Yoga classes are made fun using story, songs, games and poses, helping children to develop important skills in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Classes are currently running in Leigh-on-Sea and all our teachers are experienced and DBS checked.

Yoga for Dementia

Yoga can be very beneficial for people living with dementia.  It helps keep them active in a gentle way including improving balance and co-ordination. Yoga also helps to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression and helps to promote relaxation. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your requirements.


Chair Yoga Classes 

A class for adults who have difficulty with floor work. A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support, this class also consists of some gentle floor work.



Yoga for Healthy Back

Yoga4all are offering a specialised 12 week course in Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs, researched by The University of York, Department of Health and Sciences, York Trials and Arthritis Research Uk. Back discomfort is a common problem. Now there is an innovative evidenced-based way to improve back health and function. The ‘Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs’ programme gently and progressively aims to help people get back to being more active again.​


Meditation & Mindfulness

The practice of mindfulness and meditation has health benefits physically and mentally. This course is designed to help those who wish to become healthier and more efficient in their lives.

It covers topics of Stress, Emotions and Pain to name a few. Homework is given each week to start to build a daily practice. Recordings are also supplied to support your daily practice.
