Join us at Belfairs Woodland Centre for a gentle chair yoga class suitable of all abilities. The class will consist of breath work, yoga stretches and finish with relaxation. After the class we will enjoy a chat and a cream tea.

Join Keeley for this 5 night/6 day retreat at The Hacienda Retreat Centre in the beautiful Andalusian countryside in Spain for a mix of Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation.
Cost covers; classes, accommodation, meals, refreshments, yoga mats, bolsters, and other equipment are provided by the venue. Transfers to/from Malaga airport to/from The Hacienda Retreat Centre at a set time, coordinated with flight times from Southend Airport.
