In this class you will be able to bond and have fun with your little one while practicing yoga in a playful way that engages the child and parent together.
This class will be a mixture of breathing, relaxation and fun poses.

YOGA4SCHOOLS
Continuing lifestyle changes has resulted in increased level of stress and anxiety in children. When a child is stressed and anxious it can be challenging for them to focus and to learn.
The Yoga4Schools programme was initiated to enable primary school teachers to use yoga techniques in the classroom to help manage the health and wellbeing of their pupils.​
After School, Children & Teens
Classes can be run as breakfast, lunch or after school clubs or as part of the school day. Instructors are DBS checked and fully insured. Yoga techniques can be used as a therapeutic tool to help children and teens with physical and emotional challenges. Instructors are available to visit schools and colleges for regular or one-off classes.
