SUMMER TIMETABLE

Our classes over the summer help to raise funds for our Community classes and programmes. Classes can be booked online and cost £5 donation,
unless otherwise stated.

Rayleigh - Kids Yoga

KIDS Classes

King John Playing Field, Rayleigh SS6 8JL. Classes held on the playing field near Eastwood Road entrance.

Suitable for all levels including beginners. Bring a mat.

Priory Park - Southend

Practising Yoga with Mom

Fridays 9.45-10.30am. 
KIDS Classes & ADULTS Classes

Priory Park, Southend-on-Sea. 

Classes held in the field on the right of the car park.
