Friday 21st June, 7-9pm Belfairs Woods - Woodland Centre, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 4LR No booking needed, turn up with a mat. Cost Donation - suggested £10 can be made on the day. ​ Join us on International Yoga day to help raise funds towards our Community classes and programmes. Challenge yourself to complete 108 Sun Salutations at your own pace and completing your our variation. These can be seated, standing or the full traditional sequence.
