Yoga for the desk worker

Many of us are working from home at this difficult time. Spending hours at the screen and not taking regular breaks. Our desk set up may be a dining table, a coffee table or working from the sofa or another form of less than adequate desk set up. This is resulting in neck ache, back ache and stiff muscles.

I have had lots of people ask my advice with regards to yoga to help relieve the aches and pains associated with working at a screen.
