During this difficult time it can be very worrying and confusing for someone with a Special Educational Need (SEN). There is also increased pressure for the parent or carer, trying to find suitable activities to participate in, and keep active.
Yoga4all works with day centres and care homes offering chair yoga, mat yoga and massage to people living with a SEN and their carers. During lockdown, Yoga4all are now providing online yoga classes which are accessible to all, including carers and people in their care.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE.
The class is a mat based class which is live-streamed and available for Care Homes, Residential Care, as well as families to participate in at home.
