Ever thought about starting yoga but don't want to feel intimidated as you feel you are not flexible?


This is something I hear time and time again. There is much more to yoga than just flexibility and you don't need to be flexible to practice yoga. It also benefits your mental health, teaches relaxation and breathing practices.


Why not join our 30:30 challenge which will introduce you to yoga and help to improve your overall wellbeing. Practice 30mins of yoga during the 30 days of June.


This challenge is perfect for the beginner as well as people with some yoga experience.


You will learn how to practice safely and with correct alignment in the comfort of your own home. You will also be introduced to breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques. The yoga challenge starts easy and becomes more challenging as the sessions progress.



The challenge starts on 1st June and runs for 30 days, sessions are 30mins long and the cost is £30 (£1 per session). The sessions will be streamed live via a Facebook closed group at 9am every morning. Each session with follow on and build on the previous one. If you are unable to make the live class not a problem as the class will be available in the group for 24hrs, until the next class is streamed.
