Sound Bath January
Please bring a blanket, cushions, yoga mat, crystals you may have for cleansing that can be placed around the sound instruments, and anything else you need to be as comfortable as possible. We also recommend after care drinking a pint of mineral water to cleanse yourself after. Also avoiding any stressful or low vibrational situations.
