Festive Yoga & Wreath Making Day Retreat

Join us for a festive retreat in the City of Southend. On arrival there will be refreshments.  We will then start our 75min Yoga and Meditation practice.  Following our practice we will have time to chat, chill and soak up the environment with refreshments and a sharing brunch. After brunch there will be a Christmas Door Wreath workshop where you will decorate a wreath to take away with you. Enjoy Bubbles and a mince pie while you create.
