MANDY WILLIAMS

Mandy is a mature yoga teacher with 14 years experience. Prior to teaching yoga, Mandy was a group fitness instructor for many years, but had to give it up due to having a metal knee implant 15 years ago.
Mandy love's that her body still allows her to do yoga even though she has to adapt some postures to allow for her implant, Mandy feels that this makes her more aware of any limitations students may have, and I find ways to adapt the posture for their needs and Mandy loves sharing her yoga knowledge
with others.
Mandy teaches Hatha Yoga with strong standing asanas, some floor work, pranayama and always finish with a relaxation & meditation session.
Mandy encourages her students to work at their own pace and to listen to their bodies to avoid injury and over stretching.
Mandy also teaches Chair yoga to seniors which she feels proves that age is no barrier to exercise.
