YOGA ON PRESCRIPTION

It uses yoga techniques combined with modern medical science and does not promote any religious or spiritual belief.
Practices are very gentle and can be practiced on a mat or in a chair.

A weekly yoga class running for 10 weeks.
Classes are themed each week. Home practice between classes is recommended.
The course is suitable for people;
Suffering with stress, mild anxiety or depression.
At risk of Type 2 diabetes or a cardiovascular event.
Suffering from social isolation.
The programme teaches;
Yoga breathing Yoga poses Gentle stretching
Relaxation and Mindfulness techniques
