Service Description

Take some ’Time and Space’ for yourself with this mini retreat. Starting with a Vinyasa/Hatha yoga practice moving our bodies with our breath. Then breaking for drinks and snacks and getting to know each other or just soaking up the environment. We will then slow down with a Yin yoga practice giving your body the opportunity to stop and just be. Finishing with a relaxing Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practice.
