Service Description

Join us for a mini retreat on a roof terrace in the City of Southend. On arrival there will be refreshments. We will then start our 90min Yoga and meditation practice. Following our practice we will have time to chat, chill and soak up the environment with refreshments and a vegetarian buffet brunch. Roof will be open weather permitting.
