The classes are available from 9am each morning via a Facebook group.
Each class is available for 24hrs.

Beginner's Yoga Classes - 4 Weeks
4 week class for absolute beginners.
4 x pre-recorded classes to practice in your own time. Cost £24
Access for six weeks.
Beginner's Yoga Classes - 6 Weeks
A weekly class for 6 weeks at a beginners level.
This is an ideal follow on from our 4 week beginners course, or our 30 day beginners course.
6 x pre-recorded classes to practice in your own time. Cost £36
Classes uploaded every Monday 9am Commencing 2 November.
Access for two months.
Yoga4Health - 10 Weeks
A weekly 2 hour class running for 10 weeks, via Zoom.
The course is suitable for people;
Suffering with stress, mild anxiety or depression
At risk of Type 2 diabetes or a cardiovascular event
Suffering from social isolation
19th January 10am-12pm. 10 weeks
Funded spaces can be available, (see Yoga4Health page)
Referral via GP, Social Prescribing Link Worker or Self-referral possible.

Gravity Yoga - 4 Weeks
Targeted mobility training that involves long hold stretches.
Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work.
Gravity yoga specifically targets stiff backs, tight hips and hamstrings.
This practice supplements other forms of yoga exercise.
4 Pre-recorded classes, practice in your own time, access for 2 months. Cost £24
Zen Meditation Course - 8 Weeks
8 week course in Zen Meditation & Mindfulness for well-being. .
