Classes are a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, coordinating movement with breath. The class format includes Pranayama (breath control), Asana (yoga poses), relaxation and meditation.
Classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.
Wednesdays 7-8pm, cost £8.
