Classes are a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, coordinating movement with breath. The class format includes Pranayama (breath control), Asana (yoga poses), relaxation and meditation.
This course is suitable for beginners. Introducing you to yoga and it’s benefits. The classes will consist of breath work, yoga and relaxation.
A weekly class run in six week blocks for beginners. Streamed live via Zoom.
Fridays, 10.30-11.15am. Cost £36 per 6wks
